If the Materials are damaged and not covered by the manufacturers warranty, where the Client notifies the Supplier in writing, within 12 months from the installation date, the Supplier shall provide to the Client $264.00 (including GST) of labour time to assist with the rectification of the damage. This assistance does not include any Materials or additional Work that the Client may require which, if any, will be carried out at the Suppliers then rate for that Work.
